Shipments in Italy: free for orders over € 50

Shipping costs are free for orders with an amount equal to or greater than € 50.00 (VAT included).

For amounts less than € 50,00 the shipping costs amount to € 3,50 with ordinary package (delivery in 4/5 working days).

Shipments to EU countries: Free for orders over € 200

For shipments to European Union countries, the contribution to the shipping costs will be € 14.90. For purchases over € 200, shipping will be free.

Prices

The applicable prices for the products you ordered are those appearing on this site on the date you placed your order. These prices are inclusive of VAT. However, shipping costs are not included, which are specified separately. Checking the goods

It is your responsibility to check the quantity and good condition of the goods at the time of delivery. Right of withdrawal

In the event that returns have been made in accordance with the above, TRICELLA s.n.c. will refund the price of the returned goods and the relative invoiced shipping costs, within a maximum of 30 days of receipt of the return. The transport costs for returning the goods are at your expense.
