Credit card

Pay securely with your credit card.

PayPal

The PayPal payment method can be used by all those who have a credit card or a PayPal account. The payment flow is immediate and safe, because it takes place in a protected area with the SSL (Secure Socket Layer) system to encrypt your data and all financial information, and the seller never gets to know your credit card details.

Satispay

Satispay uses only secure and non-sensitive data because it works without credit cards: the phone number and your IBAN are all you need.

Bank transfer

If you choose to pay by bank transfer, the order will be processed only after receiving confirmation of the crediting from the bank.

After 5 days from the date of acceptance of the order (date on which the order confirmation is received via email) without having received the credit of the bank transfer, TRICELLA s.n.c. will cancel the order.

Shipments

Shipments in Italy: free for orders over € 50

Shipping costs are free for orders with an amount equal to or greater than € 50.00 (VAT included).

For amounts less than € 50,00 the shipping costs amount to € 3,50 with ordinary package (delivery in 4/5 working days). 

Shipments to EU countries: Free for orders over € 200

For shipments to European Union countries, the contribution to the shipping costs will be € 14.90. For purchases over € 200, shipping will be free.

Deliveries and shipping costs

All orders confirmed by TRICELLA s.n.c. will be delivered by Sda or Dhl to the shipping address you specified when placing the order.

Delivery costs are indicated in the order total and on the Shipping page.

The order transmitted to this site does not constitute a binding obligation until the moment in which TRICELLA s.n.c. will not send you confirmation via email. TRICELLA s.n.c. reserves the right, at its own discretion, to refuse orders, especially in the case of previous payment problems.

Prices

The applicable prices for the products you ordered are those appearing on this site on the date you placed your order. These prices are inclusive of VAT. However, shipping costs are not included, which are specified separately. TRICELLA s.n.c. reserves the right to modify its prices and shipping costs at any time and to cancel an order in the event of an obvious error in the calculation system or in the data.

Invoice

The fiscal document will be sent together with the package containing the purchased products.

Checking the goods

It is your responsibility to check the quantity and good condition of the goods at the time of delivery. In the event that you find that the goods are damaged or do not comply with the quantities ordered, you must report this to the carrier and sign the delivery document subject to than to inform TRICELLA s.n.c. within 7 days of delivery. TRICELLA s.n.c. in this case, after verification, it will provide for the possible replacement of the missing or damaged goods, in accordance with your order.

Right of withdrawal

You will have the right to refuse the goods ordered and found not to conform to your expectations, communicating it to TRICELLA s.n.c. within 14 days of receipt of the same. TRICELLA s.n.c. will only accept returns of goods in good condition and in their original packaging, accompanied by the relative tax document.

In the event that returns have been made in accordance with the above, TRICELLA s.n.c. will refund the price of the returned goods and the relative invoiced shipping costs, within a maximum of 30 days of receipt of the return. The transport costs for returning the goods are at your expense.

Customs Regulations

When you order products that must be delivered to a country other than Italy, you are considered as an authorized importer and as such you must comply with the laws and regulations in force in the country where you receive the goods.

You may be subject to import duties or taxes when the goods arrive in your country. The additional costs of customs clearance are at your expense. We have no control over these costs and we do not know their amount. Customs policy varies from country to country and you should contact your local customs for more information.
