PLACING AN ORDER
To place an order on tricella.it, customers must follow a four-step path.

•Log in specifying user name and password in the required fields (or register if you are a new customer)
•Add to the cart the item(s) you wish to purchase
•Choose the desired shipping method;
•Choose the desired payment method;


Once the payment method has been selected, customers must proceed to the payment with the selected method. Once the order has been placed, the sale agreement is completed. Orders can be cancelled in compliance with the terms and conditions described in the ORDER CANCELLATION section.

Delivery and shipping costs
All the orders confirmed by Tricella will shipped by Dhl to the shipping address specified by you when the order is submitted.
Delivery costs are indicated in the total order and on the page Shipping.

TRICELLA purpose two payment methods: credit card (all credit cards are welcome) via paypal or bank transfer.

Shipping of the goods
The products purchased on tricella.it, provided they are available in stock, are shipped within 24 hours from order placement. If the purchased goods are not in stock, we will inform the customer within 24 hours from order placement via email or telephone. Goods can be shipped in Italy and to the rest of the world with costs, methods and times that can vary depending on the destination. For more information, please refer to the SHIPPING PAGE. 

Order cancellation
After having placed an order on the website, customers can cancel orders at any time by telephone at +39 28052331 or writing an email to info@tricella.it If the order that you wish to cancel has already been paid, Tricella will refund the entire amount within 4 working days starting from the order cancellation date. We recommend you communicate the order cancellation within 24 hours from the order placement. If the goods have already been shipped before the cancellation, we will collect the goods at the place indicated by you at our own expenses. 

Custom clearance costs ARE NOT INCLUDED IN THE SHIPPING COSTS. Potential custom clearance costs are entirely on the receiver of the package and are calculated directly by the local customs, according to the value of the order. The receiver will be informed of these costs upon arrival.

What the Italian law requires
•The buyer can change his mind within 14 days from date of purchase by registered letter.
•The buyer must return the goods to the supplier at his own expense.
•If the buyer is not satisfied with the product, he/she should return the rejected or defective goods in the entire parcel in order to get a refund. The refund will be made within 30 days from the request.

The European Commission has introduced an online alternative dispute resolution platform that facilitates the out-of-court settlement of disputes relating to and arising from online sales and service agreements.

Therefore, every European consumer or consumer based in Norway, Iceland or Liechtenstein can use this platform to resolve disputes arising from contracts concluded online. The platform is available here.
