Bracelet with a thin, luminous 925 silver chain featuring a diamond-cut finish. A blue-enamelled brass miraculous medal is set in the center, from the Chapel of the Miraculous Medal on Rue du Bac in Paris.

Each bracelet is accompanied by a brochure that illustrates the history and meaning of the medal.

On November 27, 1830, the Blessed Virgin Mary appeared to Saint Catherine Labouré in the convent where the Saint resided, at 140 Rue du Bac in Paris. She asked her to have a medal struck, explaining in detail what it should look like, and promised, "Those who wear this medal will receive great graces. Graces will be abundant for those who carry them with trust."

In February 1832, Paris was struck by a cholera epidemic that would kill more than 20,000 people. The nuns of the Rue du Bac convent (Daughters of Charity) began distributing the first 2,000 minted medals. Soon, healings, conversions, and protections multiplied. It was a revolution. The people of Paris called the medal of the Immaculate Conception the "Miraculous Medal."
