Jesus child in wood carved and hand painted in Val Gardena, model Ferrandiz by Anri. The company Anri has been producing wood carvings for over 100 years, specializing in fairytale nativity scenes, since the 60's began the collaboration between Anri and the Spanish designer Juan Ferràndiz, born in Barcelona after studying at the art school, becomes professor of art at the university for industry, but his passion is the drawing to which he devotes himself in parallel with his professional activity. His favorite themes are those dedicated to childhood and the animal world; he loves to animate his drawings with dogs, cats, advice, squirrels, birds. Ferrandiz illustrates a world full of love, understanding and poetry, where there is no hatred and where love unites all peoples. From the collaboration between Anri and Juan Ferràndiz were born joyful religious sculptures, the crib Juan Ferràndiz of Anri is loved throughout the world and is produced by Anri since 1969.
